BRADENTON, FL --- On March 25, 2023 Winston F. (Mick) Tilley, Jr. beloved husband, father, and brother passed away at the age of 66 after a long illness. Mick was born in Mullins WV to Winston Tilley and Mary Berkley. He was a teacher in Fayette County, then later met his wife Alta, moved to DC then on to Bradenton FL starting their family.  Mick owned his business in construction and remodeling which was very successful until his illness. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary, and his father Winston, and several loved family members. He is survived of his wife Alta, daughter Jessica (Mike), sons Winston III (Virginia), Jason Lette and Nicholas Shrewsbury, as well as his brother Larry (Pam) and sister Cindy (Ted), Uncle Ashby, nieces, nephews, and cousins and so many friends. Mick loved the outdoors, he loved West Virginia, all the hunting, fishing, and foraging. A true West Virginian, a funny guy who loved to laugh and just have a good time. Mick was the heart of his family, and we loved him so very much. He will live in our hearts and our memories forever.
