Wanda Lois Harvey Hylton, age 71, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, after a brief illness. Wanda was born November 24, 1953, in Bluefield, WV, to her parents Eurcell Mann Harvey Broyles of Union, WV, and Arnold Raymond Harvey of Greenville, WV.

Wanda was a graduate of Union High School and Bluefield State College where she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing. Wand was employed as a Registered Nurse for her entire professional career with more than 40 years of service at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Wanda enjoyed spending time with her family, especially on road trips with her two very special grandsons. Wanda was an avid reader, as evidenced by the stacks of books in her home.

Wanda was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Harvey Pitzer Amos; and by her step-father, Roger Broyles.

In addition to her parents, Wanda is survived by her daughter, Alicia Marie Langevin and husband Jonathan, and their two sons, Matthew Ryan and William Brice Langevin, all of Elkins, WV. Wanda is also survived by her "special daughter" Sam Hylton and her children of Gap Mills, WV. Also surviving is one brother, Lincoln Harvey and wife Lynn of Greenville, WV, and many special nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 1:00PM at Groves-Mann Funeral Home in Union, WV, with Pastor Cindy Morgan-Roberts officiating. Family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Mt. Alexander Church Cemetery in Sarton, WV.
