UNION, WV --- Shirley Melber Bulman, age 88, of Union, WV, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Princeton Community Hospital, Princeton, WV. Born March 26, 1931 at Fort Monroe, VA, she was the daughter of the late Harvey E. Melber, Sr. and Beulah I. Walck Melber. Shirley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tide Water Community College. She worked as a Dietitian for the Virginia School System and retired with over 20 years' service. She was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. She was 50 year plus member of the O.E.S. Alma Seoy Chapter # 36 in Alabama and also a current member of the O.E.S. Union Chapter# 122 in Union, WV. Shirley was also a member of the Union Church of God, Union, WV.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Harvey E. Melber, Jr. and two sisters, Joan Brambila and Nancy Melber. Survivors include, four daughters, Darlyn "Penny" Radford and husband Dewey of Union, WV, Tammy Sue Hanner of Virginia Beach, VA, Carol Dolin and husband David of Union, WV, and Jenny Dotson of Union, WV; one son, Roy Eugene Bulman of Virginia Beach, VA; two sisters, Sue Greco and husband Mick of Keyser, WV and Carol Mooney and husband Bucky of Lehighton, PA; three grandchildren, Therse Marie William of Springfield, MO, Alexis Dolin of Union, WV, and John Burgess of Morgantown, WV.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home Chapel in Union, WV with Pastor Jim Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Union, WV. The Family will receive friends Friday, January 10, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Dewey Radford, David Dolin, Wayne Radford, Donny Meadows, Rhonda Hall, and Kelly Crosier will serve as Pallbearers.
