UNION, WV --- Patsy Jean Feury Cox, age 74, of Union, WV, formerly of Gap Mills, WV passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, WV. Born June 14, 1946 at Union, WV, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Cora Spence Feury. Patsy had worked in housekeeping for 15 years at the Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV and was affiliated with the United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Edward Cox; and four brothers, Edwin, Myles, Johnny, and Bill Feury. Survivors include, one son, Daryl Edward Cox and wife Mabel of Gap Mills, WV; one daughter, Anita Hoke and husband Gerald of Gap Mills, WV; grandchildren, Daniel Cox and wife Nicole of Pickaway, WV and Jason Hoke and Melody Rogers of Gap Mills, WV; step-granddaughter, LeAnna Shaffer, who was also Patsy's caregiver; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Brady, and Lydia Cox all of Pickaway, WV.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home Chapel in Union, WV with Rev. Mark Smearman officiating. Burial will follow in Cox-Cayton Cemetery at Big Ridge, VA. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. Daniel Cox, Sam Bostic, Lucas Preston, Jason Hoke, Roy Cox, and Bob Cox will serve as Pallbearers.
