Port Orange, Fl.--Mary Ann Ballard, 84 of Port Orange, Fl passed away Tuesday January 17, 2017 at Halifax Hospital. Born May 27, 1932 a daughter of the late Cecil M. Hinkle and Mildred Cook Hinkle of Sinks Grove, WV.
She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Community Church in Sinks Grove, WV.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Glenn, a sister, Nancy McCormick and a brother, Cecil Hinkle Jr.
She is survived by her sons Gregory Ballard of Port Orange, Fl, Gary Ballard and his fiancé, Debbie White of Tallahassee, Fl and her grandchildren, Myriah Chandler, Jonathan Ballard, and Logan Ballard, her sister, Phyllis Baker and husband, Art of Sinks Grove, WV, sister-in-law, Mary Ann Hinkle of Union, WV and brother-in-law Lewis McCormick of Sinks Grove, WV sister-in-law, Susie Wickline and husband Bob, and sister-in-law Louise Ballard of Lindside, WV and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday January 21 at 2pm at the Groves Funeral Home in Union with Rev. James Hylton officiating. Visitation will be from 12pm until time of the service. Entombment will follow at Greenbrier Memorial Gardens in Lewisburg.
