WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV --- Marion Kathleen Wickline Staton Hamrick, age 73, of White Sulphur Springs, WV passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at Lewis Gale Alleghany Hospital at Low Moor, VA following a short illness. Born October 18, 1943 at Gap Mills, WV she was the daughter of the late Russell Cyrus and Nellie Coleman Wickline. Ms. Hamrick was a retired waitress from the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV. She was also of the Protestant Faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father, Porter J. Patton; two nephews, Jeffrey L. Bland and Senior Trooper WV State Police Douglas Wayne Bland. Survivors include, two sisters, Peggy Bland wife husband Jack of White Sulphur Springs, WV and Carol Baker and husband Perry of Martinsburg, WV; special nephew, Stephen L. Bland and wife Diane of Sinks Grove, WV; special niece, Jennifer L. Bland of Colonial Beach, VA; great nieces, Sandra Bland Goan of Evans, Georgia and Autumn Bland of Renick, WV; great-nephew, Darin Dowdy of Beckley.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Gap Mills United Methodist at Gap Mills, WV. Burial will follow in Carmel Cemetery at Gap Mills, WV.
