UNION, WV --- Kathy Ann Ellard Mann, age 60, of Union, WV, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at her residence. Born June 13, 1958 at Clifton Forge, VA, she was the daughter of Anna Catherine "Kitty" Honaker Ellard of Union, WV and the late Richard Ellard. Kathy was a loving and caring homemaker and was a member of the Union United Methodist Church at Union, WV.
In addition to her Father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Ellard. In addition to her Mother, she is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bob Mann of Union, WV and two sons, Michael Mann of Beckley, WV and Putter Mann of Ghent, WV.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home Chapel in Union, WV with Rev. Terry Utterback officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery at Union, WV. Friends may call Friday, December 7, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Jeff Buckland, Ricky Edwards, Brad Veneri, Todd Massey, Kevin Mann, and Gene Wilson will serve as Pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Shriner's Hospital mailed to the Monroe County Shrine Club at 231 South Street Union, WV 24983.
