SINKS GROVE, WV --- Joe Micheal Neel, age 74, of Sinks Grove, WV, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Lewis Gail Alleghany Hospital at Low Moor, VA. Born January 4, 1946 in Greenbrier County, WV, he was the son of the late Wade C. and Talma A. Crosier Neel. Joe currently worked Animal Control of Monroe county. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. He was a longtime truck driver, Farmer, auctioneer, and a supporter of Monroe County 4-H. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son, Micheal Arnold Neel, infant son, Brian Neel, and stepson, Eric Hazelwood. Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Ginny Neel of Sinks Grove, WV; son, Adam Neel of Union, WV; stepdaughter, Ashlee Hazelwood of Sinks Grove, WV; and several cousins survive. Joe will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home in Union, WV.
