PICKAWAY, WV --- Jennifer Dawn Hoke, age 38, of Pickaway, WV, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV following an extended illness. Born January 27, 1983 in Hinton, WV, she was the daughter of Jerry and Tammy Weikle Rider of Pickaway, WV. Jennifer attended and graduated James Monroe High School. Following her graduation, she worked various jobs, and was a hard worker. She previously worked in the housekeeping and laundry business, and also at the Pickaway Country Store. Currently she was employed at the Gap Mills Sawmill in Gap Mills, WV. Jennifer loved her family, and dearly loved being the mother of her three sons.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Dallas and Sandra Morgan; her maternal grandparents, Robert and Effie Weikle; two uncles, Robert Weikle of Hollywood, WV, and Dallas Nickolas (Nick) Morgan of Ronceverte, WV; and one aunt, Katherine Lorain (Lori) Morgan of Ronceverte, WV. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Timothy Hoke of Pickaway, WV; three sons, Christopher Rider, Conner Scott, and Cameron Rider all of Pickaway, WV; one brother, Jerry "Luke" Rider of Pickaway, WV; and several aunts, Uncles, and cousins also survive.
In keeping with Jennifer's wishes, she will be cremated, and no services are being planned this time. The family requests memorial donations be made to Groves-Mann Funeral Home at P.O. Box 212 Union, WV 24983 to assist in final expenses for Jennifer.
