UNION, WV --- Irene Ruby Wright, age 86, of Union, WV passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Springfield Center in Lindside, WV following a long illness. Born July 10, 1928 in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Georgia Slusher. Mrs. Wright retired as Postmaster in Havaco, WV and she was of the Methodist Faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Marvin Wright; two sons, Raymond Peter Able and Michael Slusher. Survivors include one son, Paul Wright of Union, WV; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton, WV.
