GREENVILLE, WV --- Frances Isabell Weikle, age 86, of Greenville, WV passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at her residence. Born May 8, 1932 at Dorr, WV, she was the daughter of the late Elba and Verna Bostic Weikle. Frances was a loving and caring homemaker. She loved to spend time with her family. She also enjoyed doing yard work and attending to her garden. She had worked several years previously as a cook for the Monroe County Council on Aging where she Cooked and prepared meals for many of our Senior Citizens. Frances was also a member of the Rock Camp United Methodist Church at Rock Camp, WV.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Theo Weikle; brothers, Marvin and Jack Weikle; and infant brother, Palmer Weikle. Survivors include, three sons, Dean Weikle and wife Debra of Peterstown, WV, Steve Weikle and wife Beverly of Lindside, WV, and Jeff Weikle and wife Pam of Greenville, WV; one sister, Dolleta Weikle of Fairlea, WV; five grandchildren, Richard Weikle, Lacey Snow Shrewsbury, Justin Weikle, Chelsea Weikle, and Logan Weikle; four great-grandchildren, Olivia and Jaxson Shrewsbury and Allissia and Andrew Weikle; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home Chapel at Union, WV with Pastors Robert Baer and Paul Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Swope Cemetery at Rock Camp, WV. Friends may call Friday, December 28, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
