UNION, WV --- Floyd Kyle Parker "Tink", 60 of Union, West Virginia went home to meet the Lord, Saturday March 31, 2018 at his home following a short illness.
Born May 6, 1957 at Ronceverte, West Virginia, the son of Floyd Kenner Parker and Donna Jean Payne Parker. He was a farmer and a carpenter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching old movies, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brother-in-law's Marvin Reynolds and Robert "Harry" Weikle; as well as his father and mother-in-law Robert G and Effie L. Weikle.
Surviving is his wife of 31 years, Linda Lou Weikle Parker of Union; a daughter Kayla Lynn Parker Counts and husband Jeremy of Caldwell West Virginia; one grandson Cash Andrew Counts of Caldwell, West Virginia: four sisters, Brenda Reynolds, Ruth Fullen, Sheila Parker, Jennifer Walker and husband Jeff all of Union; as well as many nieces and nephews and brother and sister in-laws.
Family and friends may call Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00. p.m. at the Groves Funeral Home in Union, WV. Funeral services will be held at the Groves Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Allen Hilton officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Alexander Church in Sarton, West Virginia.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Counts, Jeff Walker, Travis Reynolds, Michael Morosine, Jack Parker, Robbie Weikle, Stephen Weikle, and Donald Dunbar.
