NEW CASTLE, VA – Dorothy Virginia Harry, age 78, passed away at the Carrington Place at Botetourt Commons in Daleville, VA. Born March 8, 1946, in Craig County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Francis Edward Reynolds and Mildred Grace Black. Dorothy was a homemaker who enjoyed canning, gardening, and listening to Elvis. She loved a good argument and could often be found making funny faces at those she loved. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Harry; and daughter, Laura Harry. Survivors include one son, David Harry and wife Kathy of New Castle, VA; two grandchildren, Tabetha Huffman and Tiffany Glascock; and three great grandchildren, Jadeon Huffman, Maverick Huffman, and Aurora Jones.
