UNION WV --- Charles Joseph Rookstool, age 67, of Union, WV passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea, WV. Born July 11, 1956 in Union, WV he was the son of the late Mary Arlene Rookstool. Charles was a mechanic by trade. He had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include three sons, Benji Dunbar (Jacqueline) of Alderson, WV, Dylan Rookstool (Samantha) of Pickaway, WV, and Wesley Rookstool of Pickaway, WV; one brother, J.T. Terry of Union, WV, one sister, Crystal Terry of Lewisburg, WV; grandchildren, Garrett Dunbar, Cameron Dunbar, Zoey Dunbar, Jozey Dunbar, Jace Hoke, and Jaxtyn Rookstool; and a nephew, Tyler Eagle of Lewisburg, WV.

In keeping with Charles's wishes, he will be cremated, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
