UNION, WV --- Charles William Frazier, age 80, of Union, WV passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2020 at his home. Born May 14, 1940 at Lindside, WV he was the son of the late Cronje Lee and Eva Broyles Frazier. Charles served his Country in Germany, in the U.S. Army from 1962-1964. He retired from Hercules/AET after 43 years of dedicated service when the Covington, VA plant closed. Charles was a past member of the Union Volunteer Fire Department with 10 plus years of service. He was also a member of the Union Memorial Baptist Church in Union, WV.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by twin brother, Robert "Bob" Frazier, Anna Sue Potts, Evelyn "Tootie" Frazier, Bertie Brooks, Dorothy Buckland, and Connie June Frazier.
Survivors include, his loving wife of 56 years, Charlene Frazier; one son, Timmy Frazier and wife Robin of Union, WV; one daughter, Cindy Rudd and husband Mike of White Sulphur Springs, WV; granddaughter, Samantha Frazier and fiancé, Logan Evans of Union, WV; sister, Marshalene "Marshe" Frazier of Peterstown, WV; also he survived by Charlene's family, Charlotte Arthur of Union, WV, Dean Boggs of Lindside, WV, and Karen Page and husband Robert of Lindside, WV; he was also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In keeping with Charles's wishes, he will be cremated, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic and out of love and respect to family and friends, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
