TALCOTT, WV – Bobbie Rae Weikle, age 75, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at her home in Talcott, WV. Born May 17, 1948, in Piney View, WV, she was the daughter of the late James Lester and Eva Catherine Eagle Orren. Bobbie was a homemaker and a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Basil Lee Weikle; and sister, Betty Lou Welch.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Catherine A. Wheeler and Sarah C. Megargee, both of Talcott, WV; one step-son, Barger A. Weikle and wife Edna of Glace, WV; two grandsons, Matthew Adkins and wife Jenica of Princeton, WV, and Jerry "JC" Wheeler Jr. and partner, Savannah Harvey of Talcott, WV; two granddaughters, Katelyn L. Adkins of Princeton, WV, and Raechel A. Megargee of Talcott, WV; two step-granddaughters, Jessica Weikle Chambers and Augustine Weikle; two great granddaughters, Skye Cleo Adkins and Ansley Kathryn Wheeler; and one step great grandson, Austin Weikle.

In keeping with Bobbie's wishes, she will be cremated. Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at the Mt. Alexander Church in Sarton, WV.
