MARTINSBURG, WV --- Audie Lamarr Weikle, age 59, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at his home in Martinsburg, WV.

Audie was born in Fairfax, VA on May 24,1962 to the late Lamar Andrew and Ova Pearl Weikle.  Audie was a beloved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. In addition to his parents, Audie was preceded in death by his sisters; Rebecca Kaye Weikle and Lois Southers.  Audie was a graduate of Fairfax High School and because of his love for cars, had worked most of his life as an Auto Body Mechanic in the Northern Virginia area.  Always having a special passion for the Ford Mustang, Audie was a self-taught Mustang expert and enjoyed restoring many older model Mustangs as well as other classic vehicles during his life.

Audie is survived by three sisters, Sandy Bradley (Bill), Marcia Weikle, and Letha Rubino and also had 6 nieces and nephews, Carrie Dominguez (Ron), Lori Cappello (Steve), Christopher Bradley (Nicole), Dustin Southers, Brittany Rubino, and Lee Rubino.  In addition, Audie is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services to celebrate Audie's life will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church in Sarton, WV with Pastor Dan Spencer officiating. Friends may call on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at the church at 1:00 PM until the start of the church service.

Burial will follow the service in the Mt. Hermon Church cemetery.
