GAP MILLS, WV --- Ashley Sada Hardee, age 28, of Gap Mills, WV passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friends as the result of an automobile accident. Born April 2, 1986 in Richmond, VA she was the daughter of Donna Lynn Hardee and Windell Wilkie Shull of Gap Mills, WV. Ashley dearly loved all animals, the outdoors, and country music. She attended the Church of the Nazarene at Gap Mills.
Ashley has joined her daughter, Skyler Reese Suzanne Hardee who preceded her in death in 2003.
In addition to her parents, she leaves behind to cherish her memory a son, Bryce Levi Trey Dunbar of Gap Mills; two sisters, Katelyn Crislip and husband Jesse of Gap Mills and Nichole Hardee and Fiancée Josh Steffey of Huntington, WV; special nephews, Cameron, Holden, and Kainon Crislip of Gap Mills; grandparents, Paul and Exa Hardee of Gap Mills and Windell and Linda Shull of Milton, WV; She leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins as well; a special aunt Brenda Gose and husband Marvin of Fredericksburg, VA.
Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the Groves Funeral Home Chapel in Union, WV. Friends may call Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Following the services in keeping with Ashley's wishes she will be cremated and a private burial will be held at a later date.
It was also Ashley's wish, because of her love of animals, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Monroe County Animal League P.O. Box 343 Union, WV 24983 or your local SPCA.
