UNION, WV --- Anita Marie Wickline, age 59, of Union, WV, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021 at the Greenbrier Heath Care Center in Lewisburg, WV. Born October 21, 1962 in Union, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Linda Hoke. Anita was a graduate of Union High School. She was a caring homemaker who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed the simple things of life, like setting outside in her swing listening to the birds chirping and taking in the peacefulness that nature had to offer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Betty Hoke. Survivors include her two sons, David Wickline and fiancé, Cindy McCullough of Gap Mills, WV, and Anthony Wickline of Gap Mills, WV; two brothers, Emory Hoke of Ronceverte, WV, and Wayne Hoke of Gap Mills, WV; one sister, Diane Hoke of Gap Mills, WV; two step-grandchildren, "who would light up her day when they visited her", Adelynn McCullough, and Holliann Craig; step-mother, Alma Bonner Hoke of Union, WV; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home Chapel in Union, WV with Pastor Brandon Eggleston officiating. Burial will follow in Carmel Cemetery at Gap Mills, WV. They family will receive friends Friday, November 5, 2021 from 12:00 noon until time of the service at the funeral home. Chris Eggleston, Nathan Blankenship, David Wickline, Anthony Wickline, Gerald Hoke, and Randy McCullough will serve as Pallbearers.
